Refund and cancellation policy

This policy applies to entry fees charged by TENNGER LLC for events it operates. The registration page for each event shows the fee and this policy before payment.

Withdrawing from an event

• More than 60 days before the event start: full refund of the entry fee, less payment processing costs.
• 30 to 60 days before the event start: 50% refund of the entry fee.
• Less than 30 days before the event start: no refund. Places are limited and cannot be resold at short notice.

Entries are personal and cannot be transferred to another participant without our written agreement.

If we cancel or change the event

• If the organizer cancels the event before it starts, every entrant receives a full refund of the entry fee.
• If the event is postponed, entrants may keep their place for the new date or request a full refund within 14 days of the announcement.
• If the event is stopped or shortened after it has started because of weather, safety or circumstances beyond our control, entry fees are not refunded.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card used at registration, normally within 10 business days of approval. To request one, email johntylerhardin@gmail.com with your name and the event. If you believe a charge from TENNGER LLC on your statement is wrong, contact us first and we will resolve it quickly.
