TENNGER LLC collects only what it needs to operate an event and process your entry.

What we collect

• Registration details: name, email, phone, date of birth, emergency contact, and medical information you choose to give us for safety.
• Payment: handled by Stripe. We see the payment status and the last four digits of the card, never the full card number.
• Results and photos taken at the event, which may be published as part of the event coverage.

How we use it

To confirm and manage your entry, to contact you about the event, to keep you safe on site, and to meet legal and insurance requirements. We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the people and companies that help operate the event, such as timing, medical and the payment processor, and only for that purpose.

Keeping and deleting it

We keep registration and payment records for as long as the law and our insurer require, normally seven years. You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing johntylerhardin@gmail.com.
